Hi! I’m Briony, and welcome to Brionywhobakes!
Originally training as a pastry chef, working in a variety of fine dining and Michelin starred establishments, I’ve always had a passion for everything food related. I always knew I wanted to work within the industry, and realised I was truly happiest when baking, and so Brionywhobakes was born.
Baking has always been in my blood, spending a lot of my childhood with a Grandma involved in the WI and Sugarcraft guild. From a young age, Grandma May was already teaching me to make my first Victoria sponges and annual Christmas cakes, and every year I would look forward to a specialty birthday cake made Grandma’s way.
Now, in my early twenties, I still make sure all my creations and recipes are tried and tested by my Grandma, so everything I make is up to her standard, and ‘Made May's Way’!
